Orders & delivery

When you shop here in the webshop, you will always receive an email confirming your order.

All jewelry are made-to-order items, and they are specially made for you when you place an order. All jewelry is produced at the workshop in the store on Rolighedsvej, Frederiksberg. Therefore, the delivery time is from 1 week to approx. 5 weeks from the order date. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If your order is urgent, please contact us, and we will see if we can make it faster for you.

All packages are sent to the nearest parcel shop with track and trace, and you will receive an email with a track and trace number when your order is shipped.

All jewelry is delivered in jewelry boxes or jewelry bags. 

International shipping:

If you order to a delivery address abroad, we will contact you regarding prices and delivery options.

Payment

You can pay with all the most common credit and debit cards. The amount is only charged to your card when your order has been packed and shipped. All payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe complies with the strictest rules regarding online payments and is certified according to PCI Service Provider Level 1.

We also offer ApplePay and Klarna.

Returns and delivery

Since all our jewelry are made-to-order items that we make especially for you, it is not possible to return your purchases when you shop at linerossau.com, however, we will always help you change a size, or exchange a piece of jewelry for another, if it is not specially designed for you. If you need to have your jewelry adjusted or exchanged, you can create a return label here. Please note that your order must be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. If you are unable to do so, please contact us here . All returns must be in unused condition. When we receive your jewelry, we check under a microscope to see if the jewelry is unused and intact.

Right of complaint

If the delivered item does not meet your expectations, contact us here with further details. 

PLEASE NOTE that you are responsible for the jewelry until it has arrived with us. You must return the jewelry in its original jewelry box, and it must be in unused condition.

Reservations

We reserve the right to change a price if it has been incorrectly stated in terms of the sale price, carat, diamond size, etc.
